Two Finnish melodic death metal bands that have an uncanny similarity in their sound. Bodom have been around a little longer, but I find that Kalmah have been way more consistent in quality and that their best is better than Bodom's best so my vote goes to them.
What do you guys think? CoB does also seem to have a more prominent hardcore tinge in their sound.

I´m familiar with every COB album, but have yet to hear Kalmah, so I guess I´m not qualified to vote here.
Melodic death metal is not exactly my favorite type of death metal, but there are of course exceptions to the rule. For instance I used to listen to COB all the time.
