 A PALE HORSE NAMED DEATH's Lay My Soul to Waste Chosen as one of Revolver Magazine's Top 20 Albums of 2013

A PALE HORSE NAMED DEATH
has just completed a cross-country trek that included dates supporting
the mighty Danzig, as well as headline shows.  The band will now take a
break for the holidays and then get ready for a European headline tour
in early 2014.

For the second time in two albums A PALE HORSE NAMED DEATH
has been selected as part of the Revolver Magazine Top 20 Albums of the
Year list.  The band came in at number 18 for their album Lay My Soul to Waste that was released earlier this year via Steamhammer/SPV. (Lay My Soul to Waste can be ordered on Amazon on both CD and LP and digitally via iTunes.)   The band was also on the list for their debut album in 2011 And Hell Will Follow Me.

"This
is such an honor to make it to the top 20 album of the year list from
Revolver for the second time. I am very proud to receive this
recognition. It really makes all the hardships worth it and to be side
by side with such great artists is an honor. Thank you Revolver
Magazine", says Abruscato.

He continues:

"We
just finished our US Tour and we are looking forward to getting back to
Europe for a headline run with Blood Runs Deep and finishing off at the
Trondeim Metal Fest in Norway.  Thank you everyone for your support."

The bands European tour begins February 12^th in Hengelo, Netherlands and wraps up March 6^th in Jyväskylä, Finland.  The band will also return to Germany this summer as a part of the Wacken Open Air Festival on July 31^st.

On the surface, A PALE HORSE NAMED DEATH are
impressive. But you'll want to dig deeper and immerse yourself in all
the sonic and lyrical layers, because the band isn't afraid to plume the
depths of darkness that humanity is capable of.  It's murky stuff, but
someone has to do it.
