I've played guitar for a couple years, I played alto sax a few years ago, but then quit. However I am going to get a tenor sax soon, and I might learn a little piano

I think I'll start a bit of guitar, only because it's a good instrument for writing songs like boysmithers said.

I play bass and have done so for 17 years. I've played guitar for 15 years, but only for the purpose of writing music! Inspired by John Paul Jones, I took up the mandolin about 7 years ago but I'm past the stage of my life where I have time to spend practicing for hours a day...
Neither of these things is half as much fun as playing the bass though, that's my first love!

Drums...only drums.  Strings are confusing. Confused But hey, not complaining, they still get me paid (to a certain extent).

Drummer at heart and always will be.
I hope one day (sooner rather then later) to have the money/space for a drum set.
Used to just play on my schools....

Since I've been out of HS I like to BS on and off with guitar. Not very good.
Megadeth, Metallica, Slayer and Testament. The real Big Four of thrash metal!

I took drum lessons too when I started playing music and while I´m definitely no rythm shark, those lessons gave me a good basic understanding of the technique behind playing drums. I think all musicians could benefit from a few drum lessons.

I play drums, Synth, keys, and very little guitar. But my main instrument is definitely my drum set.

Of the instruments I play I'm the best on, and focus on playing the most, sax. I also pretend to play keyboards.
