Yeah, that was pretty good. I've only heard American Idiot in full from them and liked it. I heard some of their older stuff as well, but struggled to get through 21st Century Breakdown and never bothered with their trio of albums afterward. The new album may be worth checking out, though.

The trio albums were terrible! I loved Insomniac when it first came out, and also liked Dookie, but everything after Insomniac was a bit hit and miss.

^Insomniac is probably my favorite Green Day album, although I enjoy all of their album prior to 21st Century Breakdown. I'm actually looking forward to their new album, this new song is actually punk again unlike the awful trio albums. Dead

Now I'm in a Green Day mood, so currently listening to random Green Day songs.

I've had a promo of this one for a while now and have tried twice to review it, but this is exactly the kind of death metal I find incredibly difficult to write about, whether I enjoy the album or not (I do like this one). One more try then if it doesn't happen I'm giving up.

This album has been getting a lot of hype on RYM (9th on their 2016 metal chart) so when I saw it in my promo pool I thought I'd have a listen.

It's boring me out of my tree so far.

wow
Be'lakor's new album was one of the best metal releases I've heard this year.

Katatonia and Metal Church were disappointing to me, everyone seemed to enjoy them though (except me LOL). Talk about tastes... Big smile

Maybe it will open up to me on second listen, which I'm about to give it.

BlankWar - BlankWar
Brazilian thrash metal I just added. It's more (later) Overdose minus the samba than Sepultura.
