They are wacky! I'm surprised this is classified as death metal though. It sounds more like some kind of alternative metal or something. Actually it is a more intense kind of punk musical construction. Hardcore and crust it seems. Haven't heard their other albums but this one doesn't speak death metal. Still good though whatever you call it!

Follow the Blind

I discovered Blind Guardian and Symphony X in the same issue of Progression magazine.  They had a feature called the "dark side of prog", or something like that and it talked about these two bands.  I had to check them out. I think that BG are more power metal than prog, but I like listening to them.  And Symphony X are one of the top quality traditional prog metal bands.
