LÄÄZ ROCKIT - Annihilation Principle cover

Bloody hell...this one is a great release. Especially Overkill fans should take notice. I liked the first three albums, but this one takes it to an even higher level.

The production sucks, but that aside, this is a great early prog metal album. Thumbs Up

Sounds like I should check it out then, haven't actually heard any of this band's albums before.

The early albums are more heavy metal oriented, but this one is more in the thrash camp, with some heavy metal leanings. I absolutely adore the voice of the lead vocalist. Great, great singer that one...

I don't see anything wrong with the production, I've heard worse, from bigger names (DT were quite young in 1989)

Compared to later sound productions by the band, it doesn´t quite compete...

Yeah, it's not unlistenable, but it doesn't come close to the powerful, clear, and punchy sound of I&W or Awake IMO.

What do you think of it? I thought it was one of their best in a while.

I haven´t finished it yet, but so far it sounds better than it´s predecessor. It´s fairly metal oriented at times.
