Okay, so this is pretty much the bland and boring Trivium I was expecting. I don't get what happened to them, but this is really lacking energy and creativity compared to Shogun.

Interested in seeing just how much they changed their sound on this one, though I'm not expecting much, based on how the last one went. If this doesn't go well, I'll try another of their early albums next, though likely after taking a break to hear something else first.

Last album I listened to was Antimatter's new release The Judas Table; excellent album, this band has never disappointed me. I wanted to post the cover but it's quite disturbing, dunno what to make of it.
