Surprisingly good death/thrash metal release from a band that went in another direction on their subsequent releases. This EP proves that they could have made a career in the death/thrash style too though.

Sounds like something I'd like, I should check them out.

Think a brutal version of 1986 Dark Angel or early Invocator if you are familiar with them. Ultra-fast and technically well played death/thrash.

My first full Pyramaze album, and it's been great so far. Though I actually hear way more prog than power here: It's almost like an Anubis Gate lite, or something.

Oh hell yeah. Another great old school death metal album with a concept supernatural/horror theme. I think The Grotesquery is one of the best death metal band´s today doing the retro style (along with Bloodbath), and they now have three solid releases to prove it.
 
...and Again today. I´m really enjoying this one. I can´t wait ´till my Brother hears this one. He loved the first two.
