The Carach Angren was not nearly as impressive as I was hoping. The whole thing was OK, but way too over-the-top and goofy to my ears. This Coroner album is sounding excellent, though!

I haven´t heard Power Trip on album yet, but their music was really powerful on stage.
 
Coroner er amazing. The predecessor No More Color is probably my favorite, but Mental Vortex is great too. They´ve reunited and play occasional live shows, so who knows if we´ll hear more from them at some point.

You should check out that new Power Trip album, one of my top albums of the year. It's so raw and it's just pure total aggression. Thumbs Up
