Apparently I'm banned from the wikis for three months for sockpuppeting/spam. What should I do? I'd like to tell the admins about where I am, but I can't edit even when not logged in. Dammit all.

Use a proxy, then send a message to the admins telling them to unban your IP

the general idea is routing your internet traffic through a server (somewhere), and absorbing that servers Ip address, in order to mask your own IP.
