The following bands have been confirmed for Copenhell 2012 in Copenhagen:

Slayer

Marilyn Manson

Lamb of God

Anthrax

Skeletonwitch

Trivium

Killswitch Engage

Korpiklaan

Eight more artists are still to be confirmed, plus a number of Danish up-and-coming acts.

Of the above mentioned acts IŽm only interested in Slayer and Anthrax, but IŽve promised myself that I will attend this year. I hope they announce some good old school death metal too.Big smile

Not bad, not badBig smile. IŽm getting more and more excited. Now they just need to add a couple of old school death metal acts and then IŽm completely satisfied.

Hell yeahHeadbanger Meshuggah, Dying Fetus, Saxon and Soulfly have been added to the programme. I canŽt wait to see Meshuggah again and Dying Fetus is pretty sure to blast my head off too. IŽll be looking forward to Saxon too and I have a feeling that Soulfly will surprise me live.

I have no problem with Marilyn Manson. I saw them some years back, and they delivered a reallly great live show.

My guess is that Marilyn Manson will take the stage very late in the evening - probably as the last act of the day - so, I'll probably just take advantage of that and go home.

Looks pretty good to me. IŽm not sure I can get there in time to see Skeletonwitch as I wonŽt get off work until 15:00 but boy what a busy Friday itŽll be. Brutal Truth, Anthrax, Mastodon, Gojira and of course Slayer. IŽll see whatever I can of Killswitch Engage and All Shall Perish but I really donŽt have much interest in either of those bands.
 
Saturday IŽll kick back with some good olŽ Saxon and a couple of beers and then that day is begun. Dying Fetus and then Meshuggah are obligatory for me. IŽll probably skip Korpiklaani to get some food before Immortal begins. Lamb of God, Trivium, Soulfly and Marilyn Manson I could have done without but since IŽm there and probably shit drunk at that point, IŽll probably enjoy myself after all.

First day over and it was Headbanger. Especially Gojira who delivered one of the tightest live performances I have ever seen. What a great show. Slayer were really great too and had a good sound.
