Eric Clayton has released a really interesting statement on the Saviour Machine website:

It seems Massacre Records has released Legend III:II in an unfinished form not authorized in any way by the band and therefore the Massacre Records version should be considererd a bootleg. Saviour Machine will at some point release Legend Part III as a 3 CD set as it was originally intented to be released back in 2001. Back then only the first CD was released. The first CD in the 3 CD set will be the Legend Part III:I album but the 2 other CDs will be unreleashed material. Can�t wait for that one.
