"The name LIVING LOUD says it all. It is the sound of five guys who have been doing just that all of their lives. The heritage of LIVING LOUD includes some of the greatest rock bands of all-time. Line up Jimmy Barnes, Bob Daisley, Lee Kerslake, Steve Morse and Don Airey in a row and the collective background includes stints in Deep Purple, Uriah Heep, Blizzard of Ozz, Ozzy Osbourne, Cold Chisel, Rainbow and Black Sabbath."

This supergroup has only released one studio album as of 2011, half consisting of re-recorded songs from Ozzy Osbourne's first two albums (There's been speculation that the whole project was just devised by Daisley and Kerslake to get back at the O$bournes after that ugly re-recording incident) and several originals.  I was kind of a bit hesitant about it though, since the original songs aren't exactly entirely "metal", so I thought I'd suggest this and see what you guys think.

Thanks,
The Glove of Love

Their official website has been down for a while (http://www.livingloud.com.au/), but Steve Morse's website has a good little page dedicated to the project (http://www.stevemorse.info/disco/b-ll1.html).

Do they have originals? All I've found are covers.

Yep, here's one, albeit it's not particularly metal-ly.

If they were 40 years older I think they would make an exceptional proto-metal band. They would be a very borderline Trad. case though... I can't give my support, sorry.

Oh, it's fine. As I said, I was a bit hesitant suggesting them based upon the strength of the the fact that half of their album consists of covers of songs that would very much be considered "metal". I do agree with you though, very much a borderline case.
