I've listened to the album Created in the Image of Suffering by King Woman which is tagged as Atmospheric Sludge Metal on MMA. I think it would fit better as Doom Metal.

I've heard the album once a while back and am torn on it. It's voted up as both genres on RYM so I'd just left it as it was added. I don't remember much about it to say any more right now.

I can have a listen when I get back to the U.K. You may be right. Post doom is usually tagged as ASL on RYM, but I really can’t comment as I don’t know the album or band.

It was me who added them and IIRC I picked Atmospheric Sludge since between their two metal releases both were tagged that and only one was tagged Doom on RYM.
Doom is voted slightly higher now though so you may be right. |

I didn't, Chris, I've been away. I can try and get to it this weekend. It may be worthwhile one of the doom team members having a listen too to see whether they want it / hear it as post-doom.
