Better Than Raw is my favorite of the Deris albums, though Time of the Oath is great too.

Think I might have to give my vote to Keeper of the Seven Keys: The Legacy. Might be a bit biased though, as it was one of my first albums.

Toss up between Master of the Rings and Better Than Raw for me, tho I must confess that I'm a few albums behind on these guys and haven't heard much from the last few.

The albums from the Deris era I enjoyed the most were the first 2 and The Dark Ride. 
The two that did not do much for me were Gambling... and Straight out of Hell (their weakest effort if you ask me).
