What a shame, and still a young bloke. No age. Time for a bit of Hybrid Theory in tribute I think. RIP Chester.

I was never into his music, but it's always sad when someone feels taking their own life is their only option. RIP.

This is horrible news... Chris Cornell was his idol... I just really hope what happened inside of grunge isn't going to happen again inside of nu metal.

It would be a real shame. :(

I remember around 2011 that Chester had a drinking problem. Not only that he had some drug problems in his childhood. They might have re-intervened in his life in some way, leading to this.

It sucks. Two fantastic nu metal vocalists down in three months.

It's just absolutely sickening that there are some people who just completely lack empathy when someone dies. I agree with Killswitch Engage's Jesse Leech, anyone that's making fun of someone's suicide just because they don't like their music should shove their head up their pretentious ass.

^Yeah, that kind of behavior is disgusting. I was very disappointed with the direction the band took on their album, but I'll still remember Chester and co for all the great songs they put out throughout their career. Terrible way for him to go
