To celebrate Halloween, I'm making a playlist of metal fit for the season. Anyone have recommendations of some good stuff to go along with the season?

I already have:
Helloween
Samhain
White Zombie/Rob Zombie
Mercyful Fate/King Diamond
If I say fuck two more times that's forty-six fucks in this fucked up rhyme

There's a few more punk bands fit Halloween better than metal, like The Misfits and Wednesday 13, but there's always Type O Negative- All Hallows Eve from World Coming Down and Halloween In Heaven from Dead Again, and The Origin of the Feces is claimed to have been recorded live on Halloween 1991.

To be fair, anything horror related works so:

There's also this band who are actually called Halloween: http://www.metalmusicarchives.com/artist/halloween

I don´t know how they sound, but their album covers looks a lot like Helloween´s artwork: http://www.metalmusicarchives.com/artist/halloween

I'll have to check out that Halloween band, and forgot about Type O Negative. I own October Rust, but I haven't listened to much of it. I'll have to remedy that.

Can't believe I forgot about that one, as it's one of my favorites from that album. Thanks for reminding me, certainly adding it to my playlist.

I'd say Necrophagia works too!: http://www.metalmusicarchives.com/artist/necrophagia/?ac=necrophagia

Also, The Vision Bleak as well! A band I need to familiarize more w/ myself!

I would say anything by Cradle of Filth is very Halloween like and Morbid Angel really creeps me out and reminds me of Halloween as well...8-]]
