The current top folk metal albums, vote your favorite.

I really need to listen to more folk metal, as I haven't heard a single on of these.

I voted for Turisas, but I like quite a few of the albums there. Oddly enough, Ensiferum's debut is their only album I haven't heard. I should really correct that soon, considering they're my favorite folk metal band.

Such an underappreciated sub around here (or at least that's how it seems to me).

I actually have no less than seven 5 star rated albums here. And a couple of 4.5's. The only ones I haven't heard are Ensiferum, Orphaned Land and Agalloch.

Comes down between От сердца к небу and Blood for the Blood God though, though both bands have an additional album that I would rank above either than sadly hasn't made it onto the chart here. Voted for Apkoha.

I've heard all of these and rate most of them highly. Voted for Cruachan.
