St Anger wouldn't even be that bad if the snare drum didn't sound so awful (though the lyrics are pretty shit too)

also James's vocal performance was awful if you ask me and the songs were too long and repetitive. Overall a bad album IMO.

You must have been in movie mode, because it asks how many you have seen.LOL

I have SEEN almost all of them, but heard 72. Yeah, there's no fucking way I'm ever listening to Tool or Alice in Chains, so I think I didn't do too bad.Wink

That's what happens when I click the Movies category as a force of habit and forget to change the question to heard once I set to Other. It's fixed now.

Yeah, I honestly like St. Anger and the drums are really the only thing I have any complaints about. I'd rather shit snare than no bass.

Got 93 on the list.

Yep, I'm on the second from last track.

I think it will need a few listens to sink in.

Got a new small scale series started for my top 20s on various subjects, some of which will be metal genres.

First up: power metal (meaning Euro, nothing I consider more USPM)

4 for me, but I've sampled lots and they weren't generally to my tastes.  the 4 are very good albums though (Om, Curse, III, Kentucky)

Here's my February list. Not very long this time, due to several new pickups getting multiple spins. Lot of Great Collection Rediscovery this month too.

Prog Metal top 20. A hard one to pick and there's definitely some acts that got shafted so I could double dip on others. Also avoided any prog death/black etc unless I consider them much more firmly in the extreme prog camp. Also didn't include prog power for a similar reason.
