First in a new series based on year of release.
I went with 75 here due to lack of releases on MMA to make a full 100. I expect this series to get longer per year as it moves forward.

I only got 7 on 1980. Pretty shameful.
 1981 won't be much better. That one is nearly ready but I'm a few albums short of an even 100, so I'll have to find a few bands to add. Black Metal #2 I got 76 but I did partially base that one around some of the random black metal albums I've bought in job lots on ebay. So kinda cheating.

I've decided to use some repeat bands on gothic metal. It'll be released today, as will the latest update to my CD collection list. I was planning on leaving that until I eventually hit 1000 but it's been a year since the last list and my collection has grown a lot in that time.

Please note that I changed the list criteria this time from also physically owned to simply heard. Believe it or not, with the heard criteria I can't get 100% on this list myself as I have a couple of live albums from that job lot I bought that I've never bothered to listen to and I was also once bought a Creed album that I also have never listened to.
