Finished this one today and man, waiting a whole month for the last two episodes isn't going to be easy but it could be worse, like those shows that go on 'mid-season break' and are then off air for months on end.

Sucks that they cancelled it with three books still to adapt. Cry

Season 6 would have been the logical stopping point if they were going to duck out of the show early, but season 6 then went and included all the set-up for book 7. Angry

Unfortunately the ending left many lose ends, and it´s feels like they were forced to wrap it up (which they were). It´s still one of the greatest sci-fi tv-series ever made though (although my personal favorite will probably always be Battlestar Galactica).

I've not enjoyed Top Gear since the Three Amigos left, but this tribute buried all the differences and was very fitting. It was always fun to see a real driver humiliate the wannabes...

Now on the last few episodes of season 3. This show has increasingly won me over the more I watch it. It´s an a very unpleasant show, but not gory as such. It´s just dark, bleak, and shows some nasty human traits...

Finished season 4 and the show. Great show, although I feel as if they were told to wrap it up in season 4, which was a little too tightly packed with major events, to suit the slower pace of the preceding seasons. Definitely worth watching though.

Yeah, that's why I set it aside. I'll pick it up again some time, but not just at the moment. I have been watching:
Season 3. Loving it.
Season 3 of this. The Aberfan episode was absolutely chilling. I don't really like Olivia Coleman as the Queen. I think Claire Foy's younger queen was much better. However, I have been enjoying Tobias Menzies as Prince Philip, Erin Doherty as Princess Anne, and Helena Bonham-Carter as Princess Margaret.
Season 4, Part 2. Almost done...

Me and my wife really enjoyed this show too. Many great characters and a lot of drama.

Started up The X-Files. My mom watched it all the time when I was a kid...me being a kid, I was only interested in cartoons at the time. Now that I'm older curiosity got a hold of me and I checked out the first episode. Definitely intrigued! Will continue.

I remember this from when I was a kid so just investigating to see if it's held up well over all those years. Tron is a good reference.

The Latest MCU show started today:

Strong shades of horror in episode 1 from this unexpectedly 16+ rated title on Disney+ (MCU historically caps at 12+, Netflix shows notwithstanding, which this shares a restriction tier with Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and The Defenders, though one lower than Daredevil, Iron Fist and The Punisher).

Great and relatively innocent monster hunter series. Not completely unlike Buffy and Angel, which I loved too back then.

Now started watching season 9...

Now wathing season 10...
