^I´m looking forward to listening to their new album.

Me! I´m going to see Corrossion of Conformity with Keenan tonight in a very small venue (maybe 150 - 200 people). I´m sure it´ll be a blast. Albatross, Clean My Wounds...oh hell yeah I´m on Thumbs Up

Stranglers for me tonight, in a student union club in Manchester. Years since I've seen them. I'll have to stand at the back away from all the kids I guess!

I went to the students union in Manchester to buy flapjacks and Dr. Peppers in their convenience store. All that social shit, though, was something I avoided like the plague ;-)

As far as concerts go, I'm possibly going to go see Godsmack in May and Rush in June.

I was planning to go and check out Death To All tomorrow, but seeing that I have to be up at 5am on Monday, I'll drop it. I'm just going to go and hang out with an Italian crust- and grindcore-loving fellow linguist instead.

I´m been thinking about the dta show too, but I´ve got Work and a funeral to attend tomorrow (one of my colleagues died last week), and honestly the Corrossion of Conformity gig last night and the ensuing bar trip has drained me of energy and left me badly hungover.

I'm planning on going to a Swans show in April. Speaking of which, I should probably have purchased my tickets already.

I seem to recall you saying you saw them live on the Seer tour. I'll let you know how it is this time around.

I got over my hangover and attended my colleague´s funeral. Beautiful ceremony and I think he was send off in an appropriate way which reflected his spirit. I´ll miss him.

Nope, they weren't playing here and I would have had to drive to another city, as far as I recall.  I just really wanted to see them then too LOL

Boy, do I know that feel. I have to drive 2-3 hours if I want to see anybody important.

I did have the opportunity to see Deerhoof in my town, but I passed it up because I was too shy to go without someone I felt comfortable with.
