FULGORA: Grindcore/Death Legion Featuring Members Of Pig Destroyer, Misery Index & Agoraphobic Nosebleed Premieres New Video Clip At Metal Injection

Boasting members of Pig Destroyer, Misery Index and Agoraphobic Nosebleed, FULGORA is a nihilistic grindcore/death collective devising violent hymns of audio destruction. Melding death, grind and hardcore-laden, vulturine vocal incursions, the band's sadistic output is the sound of a world gone rotten with apathy, disease and decay.

A name representing the female personification of lightning in Greek mythology, FULGORA -- guitarist/vocalist B. L. LaMew, bassist John Jarvis, drummer Adam Jarvis and live guitarist Sparky Voyles (ex Dying Fetus) -- will release their full-length debut via Philip H. Anselmo's Housecore Records this Spring. Titled Stratagem, the seven-track bruiser is a sinister collection of limited vinyl singles and samples including "Meridian," captured by producer Will Putney at Converse Rubber Tracks in Brooklyn, New York,  Converse's completely free, state-of-the-art recording studio.

Initially premiered via MetalSucks, today monster video portal Metal Injection hurls forth "Meridian" in eye-scathing, visual form. American Aftermath celebrates the track's, "three-minute barrage of vile, grind mayhem," while MetalSucks notes, "...forget a bull in a china shop, this is more like a bull in a china shop trying to dodge flying, electrified circle saws being shot at him from a cannon. While we tend to think of grindcore as genre dominated by a punkish, messy sound, FULGORA's attack is precise, dominated by right angles and sharp, exposed edges." Adds Houston Press, "'Meridian' is right up in your face with clear, stark guitars and vocals that... amp up the heaviness and the clarity of their sound."

Featuring a torrent of alarming religious imagery compiled by LaMew, witness the audio/visual horrors of "Meridian," courtesy of Metal Injection, at THIS LOCATION.

Stratagem will be released via Housecore Records on the new date of March 24th, 2015. Further info including live dates and preorder details to be announced soon.

"FULGORA is cute" - Philip H. Anselmo

"...if Misery Index is a determined fanatic seething with the righteous rage of political revolution and Pig Destroyer is the lovelorn, desperate stalker of every woman's nightmares, then FULGORA is a mad scientist who is going to make you the middle section of his human centipede. FULGORA's music is unforgiving and furious, but it's also executed with surgical precision." - MetalSucks
