Can't say that I get the hype over this one. Found my attention drifting before it was even halfway through. Stuck it out but upon conclusion it just leaves me wondering what the point was.

Excellent epic war film, though I think The Thin Red Line was the slightly superior movie. Edited by adg211288 - 24 Oct 2018 at 4:36am |

Second watch and if anything I enjoyed it even more than the first time around. Excellent atypical western.

Much tamer than John Carpenter's usual films, but I enjoyed it.

Spaghetti western gem. Haven't seen the original of this, but I thought this one was pretty good.

Given it's fame I assumed that this would be one of the few 'found footage' movies that was actually decent. Couldn't have been more wrong. An absolute turd of a movie.

A man going through a breakup falls in love with his new Ai operating system. My head tells me it shouldn't make a compelling movie, but somehow it does.

Good David Fincher movie. Just got The Social Network to watch and I'll have seen all ten of his films.

I even found the ending really underwhelming. They spent a lot of time trying to build tension with the noises at night, the strange stuff hanging in the woods et cetera, but what really killed it for me is that in the end they never even see the supposed Blair Witch. I find the format of found footage really hit and miss in general. In fact so far there's only been three I've seen that I quite liked: Grave Encounters, Willow Creek and Troll Hunter. They're usually shit.

I was expecting a movie about Facebook to be my least favourite David Fincher film. Turns out it's actually pretty good, though apparently filled with inaccuracies.

Danish language kids adventure movie. I haven´t read the books, but I found the movie a bit long and predictable. The kids said it was alright but nothing too special. I think it was filmed in Norway, because those beautiful landscapes certainly aren´t found anywhere in Denmark.
