It's just a pity that copies of the original No Place for Disgrace are getting hard to find because of that 2014 re-recording.

You need to listen to No Place for Disgrace ASAP. There is no consensus on which of the first two is the greatest album but there is an overwhelming agreement that both fucking RULE.

Yeah and they already released a track, called Iron Maiden. Which is very appropriate since it is a Flotsified version of The Trooper. It's actually pretty great!

ARGH! Still the video is not available where I am. It's driving me nuts, most people have commented that it's a great song that reminds them of the Corbin (aka GODLY) years. I don't expect anything like Distant Thunder or Nosferatu but if it's as good as Trinity of Heresy, I'll be very happy.

I ordered that Eternity's End cd based on the review on the MMA front page, plus going to youtube and checking out a couple of songs.
Some excellent power metal from a bunch of death metal guys. Who woulda thunk it?

I hate it when release dates suddenly get pushed back especially when you know other places are shipping it already. That happened with the first Saille album. I think the UK release date for that got knocked back about three times before the distributor allowed it to be sold.

Damn, Amazon are informing me the vinyl version wont be out until April 15th now. I suspect it's more a case of Rise Above records aren't letting them have any until then as some places seem to have shipped it already.

The Jelly Jam will release their 4th album, entitled Profit, in May. For those who don't know, Jelly Jam is Ty Tabor (King's X), John Myung (DT) and Rod Morgenstein (Dixie Dregs, Winger).
Glad to see they're back. Sure, their music is not very different from King's X, but it's very enjoyable (at least for me). |
