FARTHER PAINT are a progressive metal band from Presaro, Italy consisting of Monia Rossi (vocals), Thomas Bianchi (bass), Francesco Federici (guitar), Luca Prima (drums) and Gabriele Manocchi (keyboards).
They were formed in 1995 by the common dream of Francesco Federici and Thomas Bianchi to express their great passion for progressive metal music. The band self produced several demos, the first was "The Last Day" in 2000, "Emotion from Point of Not Return" in 2002, "Impression" in 2003 and "My Life's Impression" in 2004.
Thanks to their third demo they obtained a record agreement with Lion Music who released their debut album "Lose Control" in 2008.
FARTHER PAINT plays highly technical metal without losing sight of melody. They are fronted by the soulful vocals of Monia Rossi who is able to convey a wide arrange of emotions.
