DAMAGEPLAN was a shortlived groove metal act formed by former PANTERA members Vinnie Paul and Dimebag Darrell in 2003. The band released the "New Found Power" debut full-length studio album in February 2004. DAMAGEPLAN disbanded in late 2004 after guitarist Dimebag Darrell was shot dead while performing onstage in a nightclub in Columbus, Ohio on December 8, 2004.
