CITY OF FIRE picture
City of Fire are a metal band originating from Vancouver, British Columbia in 2008. Beginning as a re-united version of Caustic Thought, the band features singer Burton C. Bell and bassist Byron Stroud of Fear Factory fame. Guitarist Jed Simon would replace guitarist Ian White, reuniting him with his Strapping Young Lad / Zimmer's Hole band mate Stroud. Their sound is a blend of hard rock, groove metal, and alternative rock/metal. They released their self-titled debut in 2009, with a follow-up expected in 2012.
