OVERKILL picture
Overkill were formed in 1979, in Andover, Hampshire. They released one single, Elemental on the Elly Jay label.

Bassist Paul Nicholson was later replaced by Marcus Nason, with whom the band then recorded the two song "Demo '81", cassette.

This appears to have been the end of the line for the band as no further releases were forthcoming. Not to be confused with the two US bands of the same name, the punk one from LA, and the other, the better known thrashers from New York.
