Holdaar is a Russian black metal act with themes dealing with National Socialism, Paganism and war. The main member is Skilar Blackwings who founded the band in 2004. A few other members have past through the band's ranks and as of 2017 are a duo consisting of Skilar Blackwings (instruments) and Alexey Lapshov (vocals). Both members also operate as Moongates Guardian since 2013.
The debut album of Holdaar, Противление, was released in 2007.
