Delén and Widerberg go way back. They have played together in various bands since they were kids. In May 2010 they released a selftitled album with a band called LOVEHANDLES.
2011 Delén and Widerberg decided to take a time-out with LOVEHANDLES. They started to write songs for a brand new band. That band had several project names but ended up being called FRANK. The name couldn't be more suitable and describes the music very well. Honest and direct with no fuzz and unnecessary bullshit. "The purpose to every song is to be performed live on a smokey stage with high volume.... and of course a couple of beers!"
Trulsson joined in January 2012 with his thundering bass. Various drummers came and went for different reasons. In the heavy hitter JC, the band found the skin-beater they've been searching for (August 2013). The band is now complete and have never sounded
