AUSPEX picture
Auspex is a power/progressive/symphonic metal band from Grenoble, Rhône-Alpes, formed in 2001. They started as rather traditional symphonic metal act but on their subsequent releases other types of music have become more prominent: cinematic music, progressive rock, experimental and electronic music. Influences from bands from the ‘60s and ‘70s are more noticeable in Auspex’s newer compositions.

Current line-up consists of Pierre-Yves Brun (Keyboards), Alexis Potié(Bass), Elodie Buchonnet (Vocals), Frédéric Hugenell(Drums) and Lionel Patroix (Guitars).
