I rarely read that shit. I find that most of those studies fail to establish even a correlation, and even if a correlation is established, that does not mean that a causal link exists.

...and even if they could establish a causal link between music taste and juvenile delinquency, I wouldn't support any legislation to regulate music (which seems to be their ultimate goal anyway).

I just say 'fuck em!', and continue enjoying the music I like!! Headbanger

Another one of those studies involving the effects of music genres with juvenile deliquency: http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/early/2013/01/02/peds.2012-0708.full.pdf

I never read it yet, but it isn't that long.

Some guy came up with a massive amount of bullshit about women in metal.

Yeah, but in the future TV remotes only have 1 button. Big smile

Not everyone's guns. Some of them are kitchen appliances.

Yeah, I mean hearing Patrick Stewart's voice IRL is really something. I heard him speak at the London Film & Comics Con some years ago. Just hearing that voice sent chills down my spine.

It will be my first one.  The main reason I'm going is the Q&A with the cast of Star Trek: TNG.  Though I'm also into comics, so that's great too.  There are different price levels for the TNG thing, but I just got the basic entry to the Q&A.  Photos and autographs with the cast get damn pricy, so it's a great payday for them. LOL

I don't think so, but the style might not be inviting to non-manga fans.

I have a legit question.

Is it bad to make a manga-influenced comic?

I'm thinking about making one. And if it weren't in English, people would maybe mistake the art and names and plot for a Japanese manga.
