if you haven't heard their album book of dreams listen to that. that is a perfect 5/5 album for me. also your saving grace is another one you should get into in the beginning

It might be better to checkout before you get back to prog. LOL  Although, it isn't metal so maybe not.  My views are probably tainted because I am a big fan of AOR and the album is probably more AOR than it is Prog.

I've seen Steve Miller Band live twice now; most recently a month ago as the opening act for Journey.  I really enjoy his live show and his greatest hits albums.  I've not really explored his actually albums though other than Fly Like An Eagle. I have heard that the early stuff is really good.
